If you want to share your Pixie Collection with others, just send us a photo or two and we'll add it to our "Pixie Show & Tell" page. Be sure to let us know a bit about you and your collection -- or whatever!

Enjoy the collection of Susan from South Dakota! Susan tells us, "My collection started when I saved a Gilner piece from the trash while moving my great Aunt into the nursing home. I never had the opportunity to ask her the story behind the little pixie. He is burgundy, one of the seated ones with his knees up and hand under chin. He almost went in the trash since his ear is chipped off. I had no idea what these adorable guys were until I started searching eBay for them and contacting a few fellow bidders and one message board. Many of mine are imperfect but the thrill of finding them is so fun."

The photo above was taken in Susan's dining room at Christmas and really shows what an impact can be made when using collectibles to make a great decorating statement! Also, notice the Mary Engelbreit picture on the wall - Susan says "My picture is a signed limited edition lithograph of the drawing used on the December, 1999 cover of 'The Mary Engelbreit Home Companion' ". After framing and matting, it makes a great accent piece! The title of this particular print is "King of the Elves". Thanks for sharing, Susan - I'll bet others will get some great decorating ideas from your pictures!

But wait! There's more... Click the links below to see some wonderful close-up pictures of how Susan has used her Pixie collection on the shelves of her dining room hutch. I love the way she has done things so nicely color-coordinated with her terrific collection, especially all the Gilner Pixies in their classic red and green colors.

One of our first collectors to share her pictures is our friend, Kristin of Connecticut! Kristin says, "I've taken a picture of my display cabinet with the pixies in it. keep in mind that the cabinet is eight feet wide and seven and a half feet tall. I had it made for my pixies and now can't fit half of them in it..."

Oh, Kristin! What a truly amazing collection of Pixies! And I hope everyone finds joy at seeing the "true" Gilner Schoolhouse Cookie Jar that you are sharing with us!!

Harry & Mark (Brooklyn, NY) sent this wonderful photo of part of their collection!

Harry says, "This is part of our collection, on their wall-mounted "Pixie Mountain".

What a clever idea!

Thanks, guys!
